Interro How to reserve ?

  • By e-mail, or fax:
    • Send us your name, address, telephone, e-mail, fax
    • The reference of the accommodation that you are reserving
    • The reservation period
    • The number of persons ( adults and children )

Interro What are the terms of payment ?

  • By bank transfer, full details will be included on the rental contract
  • 40% down payment upon reservation
  • Balance of the rent : at least 30 days before the rental commences. Upon receipt of the balance of the rent,
    we will automatically send you your voucher with all the necessary information concerning your arrival.

Interro How to cover the risk in the event of cancellation ?

  • If you wish to cover the possible cancellation risk: take out from us an insurance policy covering the costs of cancellation with the Cie Européenne d'Assurance; to be valid, it must be taken out at the time of the
    reservation or at the latest within eight days thereafter.
  • The cost is 6% of the rent + 3 euros insurance policy cost.

  • Note : this insurance guarantee only covers member countries of the E.E.C. and Switzerland.

Interro Is there a rental security payment ?

  • The deposit of a security payment (guarantee) is requested for all rentals. This security payment is deposited either with Horizon 2000 before departure, or directly with the owner or his representative on site upon arrival.
    It is returned after completion of the rental, after deductions have been made for any costs, charges or damage,
    at the latest within 30 days after the end of the stay.
